What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, property postcode or area, property type, number of bedrooms and, if you choose to provide them, your current monthly rent and any additional details. We also collect limited technical data such as IP address and browser type when you use the site.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your property enquiry, prepare an indicative income projection, arrange a property visit where relevant, and keep records of our communications with you.
Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you have made and running our business) and, where we take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, the performance of a contract. Where we use non-essential advertising cookies we rely on your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymised.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, for example website hosting, database hosting, email and CRM providers, under contracts that require them to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data.
Advertising and cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work. Subject to your consent, we may also use advertising and analytics cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and shares limited event data (such as page views and form submissions) with Meta so we can measure and target advertising.
